This page is maintained by Cadency to answer common security and privacy questions about our products. It describes our current practices and is not an independent certification.
Access & authentication
Account access is protected by email/password and supported social sign-in. Sessions use short-lived tokens, and sensitive actions are gated behind authenticated server endpoints.
Encryption in transit & at rest
All traffic to Cadency.tech and our product subdomains is served over HTTPS. Application data is stored in managed cloud infrastructure that encrypts data at rest by default.
Hosting & platform
Cadency runs on Lovable Cloud (built on Supabase) with edge-deployed compute. Row-level security is enabled on user data tables so each account can only access its own records.
Data we collect & how it is used
We collect the minimum needed to operate the products you use: account identifiers, content you submit to a given app, and basic usage signals. We do not sell personal data.
Email & communications
Marketing and product emails honor one-click unsubscribe at /unsubscribe. Transactional messages (auth, security, billing) are sent only when you take an action that requires them.
Subprocessors & integrations
Cadency uses a small set of subprocessors for hosting, email delivery, and analytics. When a product integrates with a third-party service, we only request the scopes that feature needs.
Shared responsibility
Cadency is responsible for the security of the application code, the configuration of our hosting platform, and the safeguards described above. Our hosting provider is responsible for the underlying physical and network infrastructure. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe and managing the content you submit to our apps.
We do not currently hold SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, or PCI certifications. If your organization needs documentation for a vendor review, contact us and we will share what we can.
Reporting a security issue
If you believe you have found a vulnerability in a Cadency product, please email security@cadency.tech with steps to reproduce. We aim to acknowledge reports within a few business days.
