These terms apply to your use of websites and apps provided by Cadency LLC (the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to them.
Using the Services
Use the Services lawfully, and don't misuse, disrupt or try to gain unauthorized access to them. You are responsible for your account and for the content you submit.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you submit. You give Cadency permission to process it only to provide the Services to you.
AI output
Some features generate content with AI. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete. Review it before relying on it, and don't treat it as professional (legal, financial, medical) advice.
Subscriptions and purchases
Purchases made through Apple's App Store or Google Play are billed and refunded under that store's terms.
Availability
We may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time. The Services are provided "as is," without warranties, to the extent the law allows.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Cadency LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina.
Changes
We may update these terms, and we will change the date above when we do.
