Privacy Policy

• Account information: your name, email address, and sign-in details when you create an account or sign in with a provider such as Google or Apple.
• Content you provide: text, files, screenshots, and other material you enter or upload so the Service can work, for example an email to summarize, an RFP to analyze, or an assignment screenshot to read.
• Usage and device information: basic technical data such as app version, device type, pages or screens used, and error logs, used to keep the Services running and improve them.
• Messages you send us: when you contact us, we keep the message and your contact details so we can reply.

To provide and secure the Services, to process the content you submit (including with AI models), to respond to you, to send service emails you request, and to understand and improve how the Services are used. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Some features send the content you submit to third-party AI model providers to generate results such as summaries, drafts or extracted data. We send only what the feature needs. Under our agreements, those providers may not use your content to train their models.

We use a small number of providers for hosting, databases, authentication, email delivery, AI processing and analytics. They process information only for us and under their own security commitments. We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of our users or Cadency.

We keep information only as long as needed to provide the Services or meet legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time by emailing contact@cadency.tech. Apps that let you create an account also let you start account deletion from inside the app.

We use reasonable safeguards, including encryption in transit and access controls, to protect information. No system is perfectly secure.

Our Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

You can access, correct or delete your information by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honor them as required.

If we change this policy, we will update the date above. If the changes are significant, we will give notice in the Services.
